Paris-CDG Airport voted Best European Airport for the fourth consecutive year
On April 9, 2025, at the Skytrax World Airport Awards in Madrid, Groupe ADP once again distinguished itself on the international stage: for the fourth consecutive year, Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (Paris-CDG) was voted Europe's best airport and Paris-Orly was ranked 30th in the world.
Worldwide recognition
Founded in 1989, Skytrax is an international organization dedicated to improving the quality of the customer experience for airlines and airports around the world. Its annual Top 100 ranking is a global benchmark for evaluating the quality of airport services. It is determined through a professional analysis of the quality standards of the products and services offered to customers.
Beyond the prestigious title of “Best European Airport” won for the fourth consecutive year, Paris-CDG has consolidated its position among the world's best hubs by ranking seventh internationally. The airport ranked fourth worldwide for shopping, highlighting the quality of its commercial offering and its appeal to international travelers. Its Terminal 3 was once again recognized as the world's best low-cost terminal.
For its part, Paris-Orly Airport maintained its place in the global top 30, another distinction that rewards the commitment of Groupe ADP's teams.
Excellence and innovation at the service of passengers
These awards are the result of Groupe ADP's ambitious strategy and its hospitality brand Extime, which aims to transform waiting into a truly unforgettable experience for passengers. Indeed, Groupe ADP owes its position as one of the most influential players in the airport sector to its desire to reinvent the airport experience by modernizing its infrastructure, optimizing the passenger journey, and encouraging innovation in services.
With eight airports (Paris-CDG, Paris-Orly, Delhi, Medina, Hyderabad, Goa, Ankara, and Santiago) now ranked among the top 100 in the world, Groupe ADP has demonstrated its ability to adapt to travelers' expectations and offer an increasingly seamless, modern, and immersive experience.
said Philippe Pascal, Chairman and CEO of Groupe ADP, in a press release.
